True to Andaz’s promise of stimulating the senses of our guests through distinctively local experiences, Andaz Costa Rica announces the Huertas Project. Start your day visiting El Triunfo, a local rural town located within a 20 min drive from the resort, in the company of one of our chefs. Thanks to non-profit Creciendo Juntos, ten families of this small and rural town learned to till the land and create gardens in their own backyards, as an opportunity to face the adversity that came with the pandemic. These gardens were adopted by our resort to provide the fresh vegetables that we serve on our plates. During this experience, you will be able to visit up to 3 families, who will open their doors warmly and with our signature Tico smile. With your own hands, you will harvest some of the vegetables and spices that our chef will use to prepare a magical dinner for you and your family. The menu will be totally personalized based on your preferences and the fresh produce harvested in the morning.

Price: $825++ for two guests. Additional guests: $275++, for a maximum of 5 people. *Visit is optional, if you prefer to enjoy your morning at the resort the portion of the package will be donated as a higher contribution to support the families.
