OSTRA INTO COPACABANA

Chef Bruno transported us to the city of Rio de Janeiro with delicious dishes like “Carne de Sol,” making a stop in his mother’s kitchen to bring us her recipe for the Bobó dish. The Carioca sound of the great musician Francisco Marquez filled OSTRA with rhythm and delighted diners with its creative presentation.

OSTRA INTO THE AMAZONIAN

Chef Pedro Miguel Schiaffino, winner of the prestigious American Express Icon Award by Latin America’s 50 Best Restaurants, showcased Amazonian cuisine at OSTRA. Mysterious ingredients captivated guests, featuring Cassava dumplings and smoked black tucupi, Seafood and plantain curry with fried macambo, among other delights.

OSTRA INTO TOKYO

Ostra had the pleasure of hosting renowned Sushi Chef Moriyama from Yoshimi Restaurant in Mexico City for an exclusive collaboration with Chef Bruno. Together, they crafted a unique 4 hands menu, seamlessly blending the essence of OSstra’s concept with authentic Japanese cuisine.

Chef Enrique Palacios, brought the authentic flavors of Argentina to our gastronomic celebration. Our guests experienced the artistry of his culinary delights, thoughtfully paired with the finest wines from Mendoza.
